Dress Code

These dress rules are designed to uphold the best and highest traditions and standards of the Club.

On the Course

Tee shirts, collar-less shirts, all blue denim clothing and tracksuits are not permitted. Trousers must not be tucked into socks and shirts must not be worn outside shorts or trousers. Shorts must be tailored and not Sports or Beach type and should be worn with sports socks.

Golf shoes must be worn – trainers are definitely not permitted.

Clubhouse

Smart casual clothes should be worn at all times. Tee shirts, collar-less shirts, all blue denim clothing, tracksuits and caps are not permitted. Tailored shorts may be worn between 1st May and 30th September up to 9.00 p.m. No golfing or trainer type shoes are permitted (except Juniors up to 18 years of age). Shirts must not be worn outside shorts or trousers.

Mobile Telephones

May not be used either in the Clubhouse or on the Course except by medical personnel ‘on call’.
