The role is ideal for someone who enjoys producing good-quality, well-presented food in a friendly but professional environment, without the late-night finishes of a traditional restaurant kitchen.

  • Working confidently both independently and as part of a small team

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Cook or Assistant Chef (pub, restaurant, café, hotel, or club)

  • Comfortable handling busy services, particularly Sunday lunch

  • Organised, reliable, and able to stay calm under pressure

  • A genuine passion for good, consistent food

  • Food Hygiene Certificate preferred (or willingness to obtain)

  • Flexible availability, including weekends

  • Own transport an advantage due to the Club’s location

What We Offer

  • Part-time hours – minimum 20 hours per week

  • Immediate start available

  • Additional hours available during the summer months to cover holidays, events, and busy golf periods

  • A supportive and well-organised working environment

  • Loyal customers and a steady flow of trade
